Mid Sem Break

Again, here's another update after 10 days of busy hectic life. Although I am having my mid sem break in K.T now, but I think this is the most busy mid sem break I ever have. Perhaps, this is the signal for the arrival of university's final year.....

Already 6 days back to K.T, just busy rushing on my assignment which are Business Law and Research Methodology. This 2 subjects really drive me crazy, some more the mid term exam for these two subjects fall on the same date, 11th April. Am I able to handle it??? I don't think so because I am yet to prepare for the war.....

Anyway, thanks to my mom who has prepared a lot of tasty food for me within this week. Appreciate it very much.....

Finally, I have time to update my blog. This update is purposely to keep in memory 15.03.2009, which is Soo Yee's birthday, hehehe.....

That Sunday night, around 10 Banking and Finance students hit on Carry On Restaurant. Carry On Restaurant is a buffet steamboat and grill restaurant, something like Seoul Garden but it has less secret recipe food, more heat, and of course, more cheaper, hahaha.....

After finished our buffet meal, we headed to Go Go Karaoke. At first, we just plan to continue celebrate the birthday at there without intention to singing. But when we saw there were some empty room, my addiction to singing revitalize. Then we booked a middle size room and sing for 2 hours. 2 hours were not enough for us actually but what to do? The next day have to attend Investment class at 8 a.m. All were really responsible and hardworking future finance managers. (Don't thought that finance student only know how to do finance calculation, we can sing well also!!!). Hehehe.....

Current status: Just finished my Financial Statement Analysis midterm exam, need to finish Business Law assignment within this 3 days. Will go back K.T on Friday night for mid semester break.....

Islamic Banking Is Not Islamic???

Wow, almost 3 weeks didn't update my blog, really too busy in this semester, perhaps it is the most busy semester during my life in MMU.....

Anyway, feel happy after finish one of the assignment, Islamic Banking. This assignment really drive me crazy. At first my group already get the answer for the assignment title and we thought that our answer is correct, but after that when discuss with our lecturer, Mr. Halim, he ask us to "Ta Bao" our answer, hahaha, needless to say, we redo our assignment.....

Luckily, in this assignment, we have consult Mr. Halim several times. Through our consultation with him, I really get to know more about Islamic Banking and also the current economy situation, he is really a professional lecturer with his broad knowledge in finance. Besides, he can conduct his class interestingly and teach us the "Real Situation" in the economic and finance world. Really enjoyed his teaching.....

Yesterday, my group doing the presentation and I am the one who presented about Islamic Banking Is Not Islamic. I enjoyed while presented the title and hopefully the audiences do enjoy it also. Not only the presentation, but also the video, hehehe. Finished the presentation, our group earned a good response from lecturer. Luckily!!!

Currently, fall in love with one of the song from 粱文音 - Dry Your Eyes. Like this song after listen to it when attended her small concert in MMU.....
